A tender expression of love, connection, and protection, our Mother & Child Sculpture beautifully captures the timeless bond between parent and child.
Hand-forged in steel at our Wolds Farm studio, each sculpture is crafted with flowing lines and gentle curves that balance strength with softness. This elegant piece reflects the nurturing spirit and enduring care that define family.
Perfect for gardens, quiet nooks, or as a meaningful gift, the sculpture speaks directly to the heart — a celebration of love’s lasting embrace. Available in rustic, galvanised, or hand-painted finishes, it is designed to endure for generations, standing both as a work of art and a cherished symbol of family.
Handcrafted from robust 6mm steel plate, our Mother and Child sculpture is a deeply emotive piece that captures the connection between parent and child through abstract form and silhouette. Each section is carefully cut and shaped to join seamlessly from edge to edge, creating layered depth and a flowing sense of unity.
The sculpture is built using precise technical drawings developed in-house and then refined by eye—ensuring every angle and curve reflects the nurturing embrace it represents. Once assembled, every edge is meticulously smoothed, polished, and inspected for imperfections. The surface is prepared with an abrasive finish, paying particular attention to any marks or pinholes left by the welding process. The sculpture then undergoes sandblasting to achieve a flawless finish, no matter which final coating is chosen.
We offer several finishing options:
– A luxurious rustic patina with a stunning orangey tone
– A hot zinc galvanised finish, providing exceptional longevity and a sleek silvery-grey appearance
– Full powder coat colours from the RAL chart for a personalised touch
With multiple sizes, patterns, and finishes available, this versatile sculpture is designed to complement any garden or outdoor space. The result is a striking piece that blends strength with tenderness, abstract art with emotional resonance — crafted entirely by hand in our countryside workshop.
